This picture book employs photographs of posed sculptures ranging from wild-haired children to elephants and hot-air balloons. Told-before tale STILL charming and with unique visuals that set it apart.

Yes notion of a box being more than a box to a boy is something explored in many other similar books and tales but this is still very charming. The unique claymation type photo/illustrations make this book a bit off-putting AND memorizing at the same time. My 5 year old loves it. I appreciate a work of art in a kid's book and this does not disappoint.
